Technical notes
6+6 cavity mold with a dual station on the moving side, designed for a vertical press with manual or automated insertion of the lead frames. The mold is fully modular, with inserts interchangeable between the cavities. The mold is deliberately compact to improve cycle time and allow the use of the smallest possible machine. The mold has more than 140 inserts.
