2. Data processed and purposes

The site collects the following data:

• Browsing data — IP addresses, URIs, timestamps, browser: collected automatically by the site's IT systems for proper technical operation. Kept for the strictly necessary time.
• Data provided voluntarily — the site forms (quote request, job application) neither transmit nor store any data on the site: they prepare an email in the user's mail client, addressed to info@uniformsrl.it. The data thus received by email (name, email, message content and any attachments) are processed solely to respond to the request or, for applications, for personnel selection purposes.
• Analytics cookies — subject to consent, Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure aggregated use of the site (see section 5).

3. Legal basis for processing

• Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for technical browsing data.
• Performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for data received by email (quote requests and applications).
• Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies.

4. Data recipients

The data are neither sold nor disclosed to third parties. The authorised recipients are:

• Internal staff of Uniform S.r.l. for the processing of quotes.
• Technical service providers (hosting, infrastructure) bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.
• Google LLC (Analytics 4), subject to consent only — see section 5.

5. Cookies

5.1 Technical cookies (always active)

The site does not use its own technical session cookies. No consent is required.

5.2 Analytics cookies (subject to consent)

Subject to the user's consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistical data on page usage (number of visits, page views, session duration, geographic area). The data do not allow direct identification of visitors.

Consent to analytics cookies is optional, freely given and may be withdrawn at any time: on your first visit via the banner ("Accept"/"Decline" buttons), and afterwards via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of every page, which reopens the banner to change or withdraw your choice. Alternatively you can delete the cookies from your browser settings or contact the data controller at the address indicated in section 1. No analytics cookie is installed until consent is given.

6. Data transfer outside the EU

Google LLC is established in the United States. Data transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision 2023/1795/EU).

7. Data retention

• Technical browsing data: deleted within 30 days.
• Quote requests and job applications received by email: kept in the company mailbox for up to 5 years from the end of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship, except where required by law.
• Analytics data (GA4): aggregated and anonymous; the cookies expire 2 years after the last access.

8. Data subject rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to:

• access their data (Art. 15);
• obtain the rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
• obtain erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17);
• obtain restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• receive their data in a structured format (portability, Art. 20);
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing (Art. 7(3));
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Minors

The site is intended for industrial professionals. We do not knowingly collect data of minors under 16.
