Sectors · Technical parts
Molds for structural components in engineering plastics: Nylon PA6/PA66, Polycarbonate. Critical functional tolerances, sealing surfaces, dimensional fits to ISO standards.
Technical features
Pinions, ring gears and wheels in PA6/PA66+GF and POM for transmission and handling systems.
Self-lubricating bushings and bushing holders in POM to reduce friction in industrial mechanisms.
Impellers, rotors and stators in PA66+GF for pumps, motors and high-stress mechanical applications.
Cyclone, mesh and cone filters in PP and PA for automotive, industrial and medical applications.
Supports, brackets and mounts in PC and PA66+GF for industrial machinery and fastening systems.
Pistons, stems, chambers, cartridges and fittings in POM and PA66 for valves, dispensers and hydraulic systems.
Materials
Choosing the material for technical parts is as decisive as the mold design. POM (Acetal) is the reference for sliding components — bushings, gears, valves — thanks to its low friction coefficient and low water uptake; it requires high mold temperatures (80–100°C) and the utmost care against thermal degradation in stagnation zones. Glass-fiber-reinforced PA6 and PA66 deliver structural stiffness and thermal resistance for impellers, stators and load-bearing supports, but require mandatory granule pre-drying and careful management of the anisotropic shrinkage caused by the fiber. Polycarbonate offers impact resistance and dimensional stability for structural components but is sensitive to shear during injection and requires high mold temperatures to avoid residual stress. Glass-fiber-reinforced PBT stands out for its fast crystallization and excellent dimensional stability over repeated thermal cycles, with anisotropic shrinkage to be managed at the design stage.
