Sectors · Electronics
Molds for high-precision electronic and electrical components: connectors, case & cover, stators, rotors, switches and modular relays. Tight tolerances and complex geometries for every application.
The electronic and electrical sector imposes some of the tightest machining tolerances in industry: complex geometries, precise fits and rigorous surface finishes are standard requirements for every component. The choice of steels follows the customer specification or is proposed by our team based on years of experience in the sector — including wear-resistant steels for glass-fiber-filled materials — ensuring flatness and dimensional stability over time. The finishes required by the customer are respected at every stage of construction, from machining to final testing.
We work with high-performance materials specific to electronics and electrical: ABS, PC, PA, PA66, PPS, PEEK and reinforced engineering polymers. We handle multi-cavity molds up to 64 cavities for high-volume production, with filling balancing and process control that ensure conforming parts throughout the life of the mold.

Precision housings for industrial and IoT sensors.
High-performance materials
The most widely used polymers in the electrical and electronic sector are PC, PA66+GF, PBT, POM and ABS. The choice depends on four key properties: electrical insulation, flame retardancy (UL94 V-0 rating), thermal resistance and dimensional stability for precise fits.
Each material has its preferred field of use: polycarbonate for sockets, switches and enclosures; glass-fiber-reinforced PA66 for contactors, stators and rotors, where stiffness and thermal resistance matter; PBT for relays and connectors thanks to its fast crystallization and electrical insulation; POM for bearings and low-friction components; ABS for plates and cases where aesthetic finish is the priority.
