Molds for automotive technical parts: electrical components and connectors, mechanical components and gears, sealing and fastening components. Hundredth-of-a-millimeter tolerances and the highest precision for every application.
The automotive sector sets the highest standards for an injection mold: hundredth-of-a-millimeter tolerances, continuous high-speed thermal cycles, high-performance engineering materials. Uniform has been designing and building molds for the automotive sector since 1975, with proven experience on components for Tier-1 customers in Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic.
The process starts with a feasibility analysis of the customer part, continues with filling simulation to validate flow and warpage, and ends with a documented in-house mold trial before delivery. Quality steels, balanced hot runners and optimized cooling ensure stable cycles and conforming parts from the first shot. Our workshop is equipped with 5-axis machining centers with a positioning tolerance of ±0.003 mm to meet the most demanding dimensional specifications of the European automotive sector.
